核级聚丙烯酸分散剂与密封材料相容性研究

摘要 选取核电二回路典型非金属密封材料,在AVT碱性环境下开展浸泡试验和性能检测,研究自主研制的PAA对密封材料相容性的影响,结果表明:ppm量级PAA添加对丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、石墨、聚四氟乙烯等5种材料的基本理化性能、表面形貌等无明显影响,即PAA添加对这些材料整体相容性无明显影响。 The typical non-metallic sealing materials for nuclear power secondary circuit were selected to conduct immersion test and performance test in AVT alkaline environment to study the effect of selfdeveloped PAA on the compatibility of sealing materials.The results showed that the addition of ppm PAA had no significant effect on the surface morphology and basic physical and chemical properties of five materials,including nitrile rubber,neoprene rubber,ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber,graphite,and polytetrafluoroethylene,That is,the addition of PAA has no significant effect on the overall compatibility of these materials.
