基于SEI-ET的高等院校双创人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Training Model for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Talents in Universities Based on SEI-ET

当前我国高等教育在培养具有初创能力的创业实践团队方面还存在一定短板,无法打造可直接服务于国民经济与行业发展的初创团队。基于此,本文介绍了基于SEI-ET的双创人才培养模式,并分别从培养理念、培养方案、配套课程与积分体系、考核机制、师资力量与创业氛围6个方面进行探索实践并提出合理化建议。最后得出基于SEI-ET的双创人才培养模式有利于我国综合性大学培养更多直接服务于国民经济与行业发展的创业实践团队。

At present, there are certain shortcomings in cultivating entrepreneurial teams with entrepre⁃neurial abilities in the field of China's higher education, which cannot directly serve the national economy and industry development.Based on this this article introduces the SEI-ET based entrepreneurship and innovation talents training model, and explores and practices it from six aspects: training philosophy, training plan, sup⁃porting courses and points system, assessment mechanism, teacher strength, and entrepreneurial atmosphere.Finally, it is concluded that the entrepreneurship and innovation talent training model based on SEI-ET is conducive to cultivating more entrepreneurial practice teams that directly serve the national economy and industry development in comprehensive university in China.
