深圳市标准化人才培养现状及对策浅析

A Brief Analysis of the Current Situation and Measures of Standardization Talent Training in Shenzhen

随着深圳标准化工作的急速发展,标准化人才也越来越受到重视,尤其是面对新的发展形势,构建一支高素质、复合型标准化人才队伍尤为重要。本文根据深圳市标准化工作现状及存在的问题,提出了新形势下深圳标准化人才培养的对策和建议,主要包括完善深圳市标准化人才培育体系、加强国际标准化人才培养、强化“标准+产业”人才培养。

With the rapid development of standardization work in Shenzhen,standardization talents are receiving more and more attention.Facing the new development situation,it is particularly important to build a team of high-quality,inter-disciplinary standardization talents.Based on the current circumstance and existing problems of Shenzhen’s standardization work,this paper puts forward measures and suggestions for Shenzhen’s standardization talent training under the new situation,including improving Shenzhen’s standardization talent training system,strengthening international standardization talent training,and strengthening talent training for“standard plus industry”.
