标准化促进湖北省职业教育高质量发展路径思考

Research on Standardization Promoting High-quality Development of Vocational Education in Hubei Province

近年来,我国大力推动职业教育标准化建设,将标准化建设作为职业教育发展的突破口,但是要建立完善的职业教育标准体系,还面临诸多实践问题:一是专业知识衔接断层,二是课程设置理论与实际脱节,三是技能测试标准缺位。本文通过对职业教育改革、促进产业转型升级、职业培训质量等多方面进行深入剖析,提出充分运用标准化的方法原理,发挥标准化在职业教育高质量发展中基础性、引领性作用,设立职业教育标准化委员会、明确标准化建设研究重点、明确推广实施的责任单位、规范标准化评价结果的运用等方式,立足职业教育的需求和特点,构建完善具有湖北特色的职业教育体系,为全面助力经济社会高质量发展夯实基础。

In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the standardization construction of vocational education,taking it as a breakthrough in the development of vocational education.However,to establish a sound standards system for vocational education,there are still many practical problems such as gap in professional knowledge,gap between theoretical curriculum and practice,and lack of standards for skill testing.This paper analyzes the reform of vocational education,industrial transformation and upgrading promotion,and the quality of vocational training,pointing out that standardization exerts a fundamental and leading role in the high-quality development of vocational education.There are ways to fully utilize standardization principles and methods towards vocational education,such as establishing standardization committees on vocational education,clarifying the priorities of related researches,determining the responsible organizations for promotion and implementation,specifying the applications of evaluation results,etc.Based on the demand and characteristics of vocational education,a vocational education system with Hubei’s characteristics will be established and completed,laying a solid foundation for high-quality economic and social development.
