旱区农业标准体系规划构建研究

Research on the Planning and Construction of Agricultural Standards System for Arid Areas

农业标准化是农业可持续发展和产业化高质量发展的重要支撑和保证,标准体系是全面标准化的基础和顶层规划。旱区具有强大的农业生产潜力,是我国重要的农产品生产基地。面对国际国内形势和发展中存在的风险和挑战,以及建设农业强国的重要任务,构建适合国家战略需求的旱区农业标准体系具有重要意义。本文综合分析旱区农业的范围、农业生产和农业发展的制约因素及西北旱区农业标准等,初步构建促进旱区农业健康发展,满足旱区农业生产、服务和管理需求的农业标准体系规划,以期为旱区农业标准化建设提供指导。

Agricultural standardization is an important support and guarantee for sustainable development and high�quality industrialization of agriculture,and the standards system is the foundation and top-level planning of comprehensive standardization.Arid areas have strong agricultural production potential and are important agricultural production bases in China.In the face of the international and domestic situation,risks and challenges in development,as well as the important task of building China’s strength in agriculture,it is of great signifi cance to build a dryland agricultural standard system that meets the national strategic needs.This paper comprehensively analyzes the scope of agriculture in arid areas,agricultural production,constraints on agricultural development,and agricultural standards for northwest arid areas.It preliminarily constructs a plan of agricultural standards system to promote the healthy development of agriculture in arid areas and meet the needs of agricultural production,services,and management in arid areas,in order to provide guidance for the standardization construction of agriculture in arid areas.
