重庆市中小企业质量管理成熟度评价模型研究

Research on Evaluation Model of Quality Management Maturity of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Chongqing

质量是影响中小企业满足市场需求及参与国际市场竞争的重要因素,通过开展质量管理成熟度评价,能够帮助中小企业发现质量管理短板和问题,进而提升质量管理水平。本文在对质量管理成熟度评价模型现状梳理分析的基础上,构建了重庆市中小企业质量管理成熟度评价模型,以期为重庆市中小企业开展质量管理成熟度评价提供一些参考和借鉴。

Quality is an important factor affecting small and medium-sized enterprises to meet the market demands and participate in the international market competition.The quality management maturity evaluation can help small and medium�sized enterprises to discover quality management weaknesses and problems,and then improve the quality management level.Based on the analysis of the current situation of quality management maturity evaluation model,this paper constructs a quality management maturity evaluation model for small and medium-sized enterprises in Chongqing,in order to provide reference for small and medium-sized enterprises in Chongqing to carry out quality management maturity evaluation.
