摘要
欧盟是全球半导体产业的发源地之一,提出半导体研究战略、提高欧洲芯片产能、协调国际伙伴关系等应对方案,对于当前中国在半导体领域的建设,具有借鉴意义和参考价值。本文深入分析欧盟的半导体发展历史和芯片危机的成因,对半导体的生态失衡进行现状分析,详细阐述欧盟采取的应对措施,最后从我国的半导体发展史上,剖析我国半导体建设所面临的困境,结合欧盟措施总结出相应的对策。
The EU is one of the birthplaces of the global semiconductor industry,and it has proposed semiconductor research strategies,increased European chip production capacity,and coordinated international partnerships and other response plans,which has signifi cance and value of reference for China’s current construction in the semiconductor fi eld.This paper deeply analyzes the history of semiconductor development in the EU and the causes of the chip crisis,analyzes the current situation of the ecological imbalance of semiconductors,and elaborates on the measures taken by the EU.Finally,from perspective of the history of China’s semiconductor development,the paper analyzes dilemma faced by China’s semiconductor construction,and summarizes the corresponding measures,in combination with EU measures.
