高强度热轧H型钢组织性能均匀性研究

摘要 对比分析了H133×102×6×12规格热轧H型钢不同取样位置的组织性能均匀性。通过对比发现试验钢组织均为铁素体+珠光体,呈轻微条带状分布,腹板的组织性能均匀性要优于翼缘的,同时上翼缘的优于下翼缘,R角处的最差。 This article compares and analyzes the uniformity of microstructurc and properties at different sampling positions of H 133×102×6×12 specification hot-rolled H-beam.Through comparison,it was found that the microstructurc of the experimental steel is ferrite+pearlite,with a slight strip distribution.The uniformity of the microstructurc and properties of the web is better than that of the flange,while the upper flange is better than the lower flange,and the worst is at the R corner.
