摘要
轮缘偏磨问题显著制约地铁车辆车轮的使用寿命,优化轮缘偏磨意义重大。本文围绕线路状况、车辆结构、运行制度、轮轨关系匹配等方面,分析了地铁车轮轮缘偏磨的成因,并针对性地提出了预防或减缓轮缘偏磨的措施建议。
Flange partial wear significantly restricts the service life of subway train wheel,and optimizing flange partial wear is of great significance.This article analyzes the causes of flange partial wear of subway train wheel based on line conditions,vehicle structure,operation system,and wheel/rail relationship matching,and proposes targeted measures and suggestions to prevent or slow down flange partial wear of subway train wheel.
