学习动力函数与机械专业学生创新能力培养体系构建

摘要 创新能力培养是高校人才培养的重要任务,驱动学生提升创新能力是高校创新能力培养中面临的重要问题。学习动力函数由生存动力、荣誉动力、兴趣动力组成,构建在适度控制生存动力与荣誉动力的基础上,激发持久兴趣动力的方法,并建立相应的机械专业学生创新能力培养体系,持续激发学生兴趣动力,真正提升学生的创新能力,为建设创新型社会输送更多的机械专业创新人才。 The cultivation of innovative ability is an important task for universities,and driving students to improve their innovative abilities is an important concern in the cultivation of innovative ability in universities.In this article we argue that learning motivation function is composed of survival motivation,honor motivation and interest motivation.As such,on the basis of appropriately controlling survival motivation and honor motivation,a method to stimulate lasting interest motivation should be developed,and a corresponding cultivation system for innovative ability of mechanical majors should be established to ensure and stimulate students'interest motivation,so that students can develop their habit of continuously improving innovative ability,and truly improve their innovative ability,and more innovative talents will be provided in the field of machinery for the construction of an innovative society.
