摘要
在新形势下,国家在高等教育领域提出构建跨学科人才培养的教育模式,通过厘清跨学科人才培养与“双一流”建设、“新文科”建设、大学通识教育的关系,进一步明晰跨学科人才培养的内涵,并结合高等美术院校在跨学科人才培养方面的特殊性,通过探析学科设置、人才储备、制度建设、跨学科体系建设等方面的困境,提出高等美术院校实现跨学科人才培养的主要对策,以期为培养复合型艺术人才提供些许思路。
In the current situation,the state proposes to construct an educational model of interdisciplinary talent cultivation in the field of higher education.By examining the relationship among interdisciplinary talent cultivation,“double first-class”construction,“new liberal arts”construction,and university general education,in this article we further clarify the connotation of the interdisciplinary talent cultivation.Moreover,by combining with the particularity of interdisciplinary talent cultivation in fine arts universities and analyzing the dilemma of the discipline setting,talent reserve,system construction and interdisciplinary system construction,we propose the main countermeasures of realizing the interdisciplinary talent cultivation in fine arts universities with an intended purpose to offer some suggestion for cultivating compound art talents.
