乳酸菌胞外多糖抗肿瘤活性研究进展

Research progress on antitumor activity of exopolysaccharides bylacticacidbacteria

乳酸菌胞外多糖是乳酸菌在生长代谢过程中产生的一类重要的次级代谢产物,由于其具有抗氧化、抗病毒、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等多种对人体有益的生物活性成为近年来的研究热点。本文根据近年来国内外乳酸菌胞外多糖文章对乳酸菌胞外多糖的抗肿瘤活性的相关研究进行了简要阐述,并对影响乳酸菌胞外多糖抗肿瘤活性的因素进行了总结,旨在为乳酸菌胞外多糖的进一步开发利用提供一定的理论依据。

Exopolysaccharide of lactic acid bacteria is an important secondary metabolite produced in the growth and metabolism of lactic acid bacteria.Because of its antioxidant,anti-virus,immune regulation,anti-tumor and other beneficial biological activities,it has become a research hotspot in recent years.In this paper,the related studies on the anti-tumor activity of exopolysaccharides of lactic acid bacteria were briefly reviewed according to the recent articles on exopolysaccharides of lactic acid bacteria at home and abroad,and the factors affecting the antitumor activity of exopolysaccharides were summarized,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of exopolysaccharides of lactic acid bacteria.
