摘要
通过利用模块化多电平换流器(MMC)和输入串联输出并联-双有源桥DC/DC变换器(ISOP-DAB)所构成的等效电路在发生不同故障时电流回路的差异分析故障特征,并结合理论数据分析进行验证,提出利用双端线路电流故障分量绝对值变化特征来判断区内外故障以及故障选极的保护方法。最后在PSCAD/EMTDC上建立含有分布式能源的三端柔性直流配电网模型用以输出故障数据,利用Matlab实现保护算法,验证所提保护方案的可行性。
This paper analyzes the fault characteristics by using the difference of current loop when different faults occur in the equivalent circuit composed of modular multilevel converter(MMC)converter and input series output parallel-dual active bridge(ISOPDAB)converter,and verifies it with theoretical data analysis.A protection method using the absolute value change characteristics of current fault components of double ended lines to judge the internal and external faults and fault pole selection is proposed.Finally,a three terminal flexible DC distribution network model with distributed energy is established on PSCAD/EMTDC to output fault data.The protection algorithm is implemented using Matlab to verify the feasibility of the proposed protection scheme.
