摘要
从工业机器人产业发展、技术应用和过度自动化视角,系统阐释了工业机器人应用对制造业出口技术复杂度的影响机理。基于跨国面板数据的实证研究发现,工业机器人应用能显著提升制造业出口技术复杂度,且在发达国家二者之间存在倒U形关系。行业异质性检验表明,工业机器人应用对发展中国家高端制造业出口技术复杂度的提升作用较大,对发达国家中、低端制造业出口技术复杂度的提升作用较大。中介机制检验发现,发展中国家劳动生产率、人力资本存在显著的中介效应,但技术创新的中介效应不显著;发达国家技术创新和劳动生产率的中介效应显著,但人力资本不显著。
From the Persoective industrial robot industry devecpment,technology application and excessive automation,this paper combs out the mechanism of industrial robot application affecting the sophistication of manufacturing exports,and the empirically studies based on the international panel data finds that the application of industrial robots can significantly increase the sophistication of manufacturing exports,and in developed countries,there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the application of industrial robots and the sophistication of manufacturing exports.The heterogeneity test shows the application of industrial robots in developing countries has a great impact on the sophistication of high-end manufacturing exports,while the application of industrial robots in developed countries has a greater impact on the sophistication of middle-end and low-end manufacturing exports.The intermediary effect test finds that in developing countries,labor productivity and human capital have significant intermediary effects,but technological innovation is not significant.In developed countries,technological innovation and labor productivity are significant intermediary factors,but human capital is not.
