摘要
针对煤矿矿井水浸没式超滤预处理中,超滤入口管道振动剧烈的问题,通过分析研究现有系统及设备运行状况,对比主要设备的差异,找出管道振动的根本原因为:混合式加热器管道振动和浸没式超滤系统的进水问题。进而通过重新调整相关设备和管道,解决了进水管道的强烈振动,为混合式加热器的选择、浸没式超滤配水渠的设计、超滤给水泵的选型、阀门的选型及管道的系统设计提供参考。
Aiming at the severe vibration in the ultrafiltration inlet pipeline during the pre-treatment of coal mine water immersion ultrafiltration,by analyzing and studying the operating conditions of existing systems and equipment,comparing the differences between the main equipment,it was found that the root causes of pipeline vibration were:the vibration of the mixed heater pipeline and the water inlet problem of the immersion ultrafiltration system.Furthermore,by readjusting relevant equipment and pipelines,the strong vibration of the inlet pipeline was solved,providing reference for the selection of hybrid heaters,ultrafiltration feed pumps and valves,the design of submerged ultrafiltration distribution channels and pipeline system.
