摘要
针对直流电阻率法在量测过程中存在抗干扰能力弱、小信号分辨能力低和系统可重复性差等缺点,导致应用不够广泛的不足,为了提高监测的实时性、准确性,开发了ZDJ11型矿用本安型电阻率监测系统。该系统通过多频同步发射技术、智能电极控制技术、高性能信号采集技术、低噪声电源设计和地电相关电阻率辨识技术等软硬件相关融合降噪方法,显著提高了系统的抗干扰能力、小信号分辨能力和系统重复性。经测试系统抗电磁干扰能力可达60 dB,动态范围可达100 dB,小信号分辨率可达5μV,数据重复误差小于2.5%。该系统的开发为矿井顶、底板水害监测预警提供良好的装备支撑。
Aiming at the weak anti-interference ability,low resolution ability of small signal and poor repeatability in the measurement process of DC resistivity method,in order to improve the real-time and accuracy of monitoring,the mine electric monitoring system which is unattended underground and remotely controlled on the surface is developed.The system improved the anti-interference ability,small signal resolution and repeatability of the system significantly through the integration of hardware and software related noise reduction methods,such as multi-frequency synchronous emission,intelligent electrode control technology,high-performance signal acquisition technology,low noise power supply design and geoelectric correlation resistivity identification algorithm.According to the tests,the anti-electromagnetic interference capability of the system reached 60 dB,the dynamic range reached 100 dB,the small signal resolution reached 5μV,and the data repeatability reached 2.5%.The development of this system provides good equipment support for monitoring and warning of water hazard in mine roof and floor.
