吸附磷酸镍的蜂窝状铁硼生物炭与二乙基次膦酸铝协效提高顺丁橡胶的阻燃导热性能

摘要 顺丁橡胶(BR)强度低,需要使用炭黑进行补强,同时,其容易燃烧,导热性能低,限制了其应用范围。文中通过Fe^(3+)改性硼酚醛树脂,并将其嵌入具有蜂窝结构的软木粉中,然后在高温催化下形成石墨化木粉炭,再用其吸附磷酸镍,制得FBC-NP。FBC-NP可以代替部分补强剂炭黑(CB),与二乙基次膦酸铝(ADP)复配,加入顺丁橡胶共混,制得复合材料。研究结果表明,FBC-NP相较于炭黑有更高的热稳定性。BR的极限氧指数(LOI)由纯样的19.3%提高到了32.1%,热释放速率峰值(pHRR)降低了38.0%,总热释放量(THR)也降低了17.5%,燃烧时一氧化碳与烟的释放也得到抑制,这是因为FBC-NP催化形成较为致密的炭层,阻止了热、烟和有毒气体的释放。并且,生物炭能赋予顺丁橡胶更高的导热性能。最后分析了顺丁橡胶复合材料的阻燃机理。 cis-Polybutadiene rubber has low strength and needs to be reinforced with carbon black.At the same time,it is easy to burn and has low thermal conductivity,which limits its application range.In this paper,the boron-modified phenolic resin was modified with Fe^(3+) and embedded in cork powder with honeycomb structure,after that,it catalyzed the formation of graphitized wood charcoal at high temperature,and then adsorbed nickel phosphateto produce FBC-NP.FBC-NP can replace part of the reinforcing agent carbon black(CB),compound with diethylphosphonate aluminum(ADP),and blend with cis-polybutadiene rubber to produce composite materials.The results show that FBC-NP has a higher thermal stability than carbon black.The limiting oxygen index(LOI)of BR is increased from 19.3%to 32.1%,the peak heat release rate(pHRR)is decreased by 38.0%,and total heat release(THR)is decreased by 17.5%.The release of CO and smoke is also inhibited during combustion,because FBC-NP catalyzed the formation of relatively dense carbon layer,which prevented the release of heat,smoke and toxic gases.In addition,biochar can give butadiene rubber a higher thermal conductivity.Finally,the flame retardant mechanism of cis-polybutadiene rubber composite was analyzed.
