摘要
天津以打造“排球之城”和“运动之都”建设为背景,谋求天津体育文化软实力建设的实践创新探索,以中华体育精神铸魂育人,增强国家体育文化软实力。因此,结合天津本土体育文化特点,深挖思政元素,发挥天津本土地理文化优势。该文采用文献资料法、实地考察法等进行综合分析,得出应以思政视角来审视挖掘天津体育文化软实力建设的内在价值,挖掘天津体育文化资源,探寻文化遗产,推出天津“体育+思政”旅游项目。将思政元素融入民间体育,扩大体育文化影响力和感召力,强化区域发展范畴,服务北方体育强市建设,开发蓝色经济构架,探索“体育+”发展新模式,与团泊健康产业园相承接,培育天津体育文化品牌,促进“体育+思政”文创产业发展,打造天津独特的体育文化圈,以此增强天津体育文化软实力建设。
From the ideological and political perspective,Tianjin highlights the advantages of sports culture and seeks development in combination with the background of the construction of Volleyball City and Sports Capital in the 14th Five-Year Plan,aiming at promoting national fitness,improving national physical fitness,enhancing the soft power of national sports culture,strengthening the ideological and political leadership of Tianjin citizens and cultivating people with the spirit of Chinese sports,which plays an important role in improving political standing.We will dig deep into Tianjin's local sports and cultural resources,launch Tianjin sports+ideological and political tourism project,enrich the cultural life of citizens and tourists,carry forward the intangible cultural heritage of traditional Chinese sports,so as to realize the consciousness and confidence of sports culture,and expand the influence and appeal of sports culture.Combine geographical advantages to serve the construction of a strong sports city in northern China,creat the characteristics of plaza sports ideology and politics culture,grasp the advantages of natural ecology,highlight the blue economic framework,develop and design a new development model of sports+in Tianjin,and inherit it with Tianjin Jinghai Tuanbo Health Industrial Park,so as to enhance the soft power construction of Tianjin sports culture.
