摘要
国有企业是国民经济发展的重要支柱,进入新时期之后,受到各类外部和内部因素的影响,国有企业内部出现了“员工敬业精神下降”等一系列的问题,尤其是部分“95后”“00后”员工,其思想情感任性、价值观念转换速度快,在企业中难以安心工作。要实现企业的高质量发展,必须提高国有企业思政工作的质量,发挥出思政工作在文化建设、价值塑造及思想引领上的作用,使古代廉洁文化进入国企思想教育工作中,可显著提高教育能效。文章分析了廉洁的相关概念,探究了古代廉洁文化融入国企思想教育工作的必要性,并从统筹规划,循序融入;创新方法,优化载体;完善机制,提供保障三个角度总结了古代廉洁文化融入国企思想教育工作的具体措施。
State owned enterprises are an important pillar of national economic development.After entering a new era,they have been affected by various external and internal factors,resulting in a series of problems such as a decline in employee dedication.Especially for some employees born in the`95s'and`00s',their thoughts and emotions are capricious and their values change quickly,making it difficult to work with peace of mind in the enterprise.To achieve high-quality development of enterprises,it is necessary to improve the quality of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises,play the role of ideological and political work in cultural construction,value shaping,and ideological guidance,and incorporate ancient clean culture into ideological education work in state-owned enterprises,which can significantly improve educational efficiency.The article analyzes the relevant concepts of integrity,explores the necessity of integrating ancient integrity culture into the ideological education work of state-owned enterprises,and summarizes specific measures for integrating ancient integrity culture into the ideological education work of state-owned enterprises from three perspectives:overall planning,sequential integration,innovative methods,optimization of carriers,improvement of mechanisms,and provision of guarantees.
