本文从艺术家进入乡村如何开展艺术创作实践的角度,来探讨乡村公共艺术创作的观念和方法.文章首先从艺术家进入乡村进行创作的目的推导出乡村公共艺术创作的观念——问题意识,并提出在乡村,只有乡村公共艺术才有探讨和研究的价值.本文通过乡村公共艺术创作的观念引导出创作的基本原则——一切从问题出发,并将创作原则分解为可供实际操作的具体步骤:探寻问题、提出问题、转化问题,再通过一个完整的乡村公共艺术创作实例,来详解在乡村艺术实践中如何灵活运用这些方法.最后,文章还提出了在乡村从事艺术创作时的创作伦理问题.

This article takes the perspective of how artists carry out artistic creation practice in countryside,and investigates the concepts and methods of creating public art in rural areas.It starts from the artist's purpose of creating artwork in rural areas,and then leads to a concept of rural public art creationproblem awareness.This article argues that in countryside,only rural public art is worthy of discussion and research.The concept of rural public art creation,then entails the basic principle of artwork creation that all starts from problems,which is decomposed into specific steps that can be practically operated:exploring issues,raising questions,and transforming problems.This article explains in detail how to flexibly use these methods in the practice of rural art through an example of rural public art creation.It concludes with some ethical problems that should be paid attention to when engaging in artistic creation in rural areas.
