标准化护理在门诊慢性伤口患者管理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Standardized Nursing in Managementof Outpatient Patients with Chronic Wound

目的:分析门诊慢性伤口患者健康管理中标准化护理应用效果,及对患者慢性伤口自我管理能力影响。方法:收集本院门诊治疗慢性伤口患者60例,依据中心随机系统分组法划分组别后,治疗期间予以对照组(30例)常规护理,予以研究组(30例)标准化护理。比较患者护理期间慢性伤口治疗有效率,伤口愈合时间,慢性伤口自我管理能力评分,生活质量评分及护理满意度组间差异性。结果:(1)研究组治疗有效率为93.33%、护理满意度为100.00%,均高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。(2)护理期间,研究组慢性伤口愈合时间较对照组缩短,差异显著,P<0.05。(3)研究组生理维度、心理维度、日常活动维度、经济负担维度生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。(4)护理后,研究组伤口管理、营养管理、生活起居管理、基础疾病管理、情绪管理评分较对照组升高,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:慢性伤口患者门诊治疗中开展标准化护理配合,可提高患者慢性伤口自我管理能力,改善病后生活质量,促进慢性伤口愈合,临床效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of standardized nursing in the health management of patients with chronic wound in outpatient department,and its influence on the self-management ability of patients with chronic wound.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic wounds were collected from the outpatient department of the hospital and divided into two groups according to the central randomized system grouping method.During the treatment period,the control group(30 cases)was given routine nursing,and the study group(30 cases)was given standardized nursing.The differences of chronic wound treatment efficiency,wound healing time,chronic wound self-management ability score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The treatment effective rate was 93.33%,nursing satisfaction was 100.00%in the study group,both of which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05.(2)During the nursing period,the healing time of chronic wound in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(3)The QOL scores of physiological dimension,psychological dimension,daily activity dimension and economic burden dimension of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).(4)After nursing,scores of wound management,nutrition management,daily life management,basic disease management and emotion management in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out standardized nursing cooperation in the outpatient treatment of patients with chronic wound can actively optimize the self-management ability of patients with chronic wound,improve the quality of life after the disease,and promote the healing of chronic wounds,with remarkable clinical effect.
