标准化专职护理管理在慢性肾衰竭连续性血液净化中的作用

Role of Standardized Professional Nursing Management in Continuous Blood Purification in Chronic Renal Failure

目的:探讨标准化专职护理管理在慢性肾衰竭连续性血液净化中的作用。方法:将蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2022年1月至2022年12月70例慢性肾衰竭连续性血液净化患者,按抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施标准化专职护理管理。比较两组护理前后生存质量、肾功能、护理满意度、护理不良事件反馈率。结果:实验组生存质量高于对照组,肾功能优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,护理不良事件反馈率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:慢性肾衰竭连续性血液净化患者实施标准化专职护理管理效果确切。

Objective:To explore the role of standardized nursing management in continuous blood purification of chronic renal failure.Methods:70 patients with continuous blood purification of chronic renal failure in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given standardized professional nursing management.Quality of life,renal function,nursing satisfaction,nursing adverse event feedback rate before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The quality of life,renal function,nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group,and nursing adverse event feedback rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of standardized professional nursing management on continuous blood purification in patients with chronic renal failure is accurate.
