甲状腺肿瘤病人术前标准化心理护理措施

Preoperative Standardized Psychological Nursing Measures for Patients with Thyroid Tumor

目的:探讨甲状腺肿瘤病人术前标准化心理护理措施。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月蚌埠医学院第二附属医院80例采取手术治疗的甲状腺肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(标准化心理护理),比较护理效果。结果:SDS及SAS评分方面,观察组干预后较对照组低,而护理满意度、治疗依从性比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:术前标准化心理护理在甲状腺肿瘤患者护理中应用价值较高,不仅可以改善患者焦虑、抑郁的心理状态,且有助于其治疗依从性提升,改善紧张的护患关系,值得采纳。

Objective:To explore the preoperative standardized psychological nursing measures for patients with thyroid tumor.Methods:80 patients with thyroid tumor underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(standardized psychological nursing),and the nursing effect was compared.Results:SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention,but nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative standardized psychological nursing is of high application value in the nursing of thyroid tumor patients.It can not only improve the psychological state of anxiety and depression of patients,but also help improve their treatment compliance and improve the tense nurse-patient relationship.It is worth adopting.
