妊娠期糖尿病产妇采取PDCA结合ABC规范化管理对母婴结局的改善作用

Effect of PDCA Combined with ABC Standardized Management on Maternal and Infant Outcomes in Pregnant Women with Diabetes

目的:研究分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)产妇采取PDCA结合ABC规范化管理对母婴结局的改善作用。方法:选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院在2022年1月至2022年12月期间收治的200例GDM产妇作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将患者分为观察组(n=100,采取PDCA结合规范化管理)和对照组(n=100,采取常规护理管理),对比两组的血糖水平和妊娠结局。结果:在干预后观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、不良妊娠结局发生率都要显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在GDM中采取PDCA结合ABC规范化管理有着良好的应用优势,对母婴结局改善有着积极作用。

Objective:To study and analyze the improvement effect of PDCA combined with ABC standardized management on maternal and infant outcomes in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:200 GDM pregnant women admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=100,using PDCA combined with standardized management)and the control group(n=100,using routine nursing management).Blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the incidence of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,and adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting PDCA combined with ABC standardized management in GDM has good application advantages and has a positive effect on improving maternal and infant outcomes.
