规范化协同护理对门诊喘息性支气管炎患儿雾化吸入治疗依从性的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Collaborative Nursing on the Compliance of Pediatric Asthmatic Bronchitis with Atomized Inhalation Therapy

目的:研究规范化协同护理对门诊喘息性支气管炎患儿雾化吸入治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院门诊儿科雾化室2022年1月至2022年10月就诊的60例门诊喘息性支气管炎患儿,对照组(30例,门诊护理)和观察组(30例,规范化协同护理),两组门诊喘息性支气管炎患儿均采用雾化吸入治疗。结果:规范化协同护理下门诊喘息性支气管炎患儿雾化吸入治疗依从性高于门诊护理,患儿发热、肺部鸣音、咳嗽、干湿啰音临床症状改善时间低于门诊护理,护患沟通、护理能力、护理态度、病房环境护理满意度评分高于门诊护理,用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积肺功能指标高于门诊护理,IgA、IgM、IgG免疫功能指标高于门诊护理,治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月复发率低于门诊护理,对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:规范化协同护理对门诊喘息性支气管炎患儿雾化吸入治疗依从性具有积极影响,因此规范化协同护理更具推广价值。

Objective:To study the effect of standardized collaborative nursing on the compliance of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis patients with atomized inhalation therapy.Methods:A total of 60 children with asthmatic bronchitis treated in the outpatient pediatric atomization room in the hospital(January 2022 to October 2022)were selected and divided into the control group(30 cases,outpatient nursing)and the observation group(30 cases,standardized collaborative nursing).Both groups were treated with atomizing inhalation.Results:Under standardized collaborative nursing,the compliance of children with asthmatic bronchitis was higher than that of outpatient nursing,the improvement time of clinical symptoms such as fever,lung ringing,cough and wet and dry rales was lower than that of outpatient nursing,and the score of nurse-patient communication,nursing ability,nursing attitude and ward environment nursing satisfaction was higher than that of outpatient nursing.Forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second lung function indexes were higher than those of outpatient nursing,IgA,IgM,IgG immune function indexes were higher than those of outpatient nursing,the recurrence rate of 1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment was lower than those of outpatient nursing,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized collaborative nursing has a positive impact on the compliance of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis patients with atomized inhalation treatment,so standardized collaborative nursing has more promotion value.
