注干药剂防治松材线虫病初报

摘要 通过河南省信阳市固始县松材线虫病的防治实验,重点实验了阿维菌素微胶囊悬浮剂、甲维盐松材线虫注干防治剂、阿维菌素注干剂、啶虫脒注干剂、甲维盐松材线虫注射液5种注干药剂开展注干防治处理,统计和林地清理、空白对照的3年来死亡率、黄叶数和枯枝数量、注干药剂残留量、不同处理的综合费用情况,通过各个因素的综合分析,证明采用甲维盐松材线虫注干防治剂(质量分数3.0%)注干除治效果最好,药剂残留下降幅度最小,综合成本较高,适合作为今后一个时期的主要的防治手段。 Through the experiment of pine wilt disease control in Gushi County,Xinyang City,Henan Province,this paper focuses on the experiment of avermectin microcapsule suspension,avermectin salt pine wood nematode dry injection control agent,avermectin dry injection agent,acetamiprid dry injection agent,and avermectin salt pine wood nematode injection.Five kinds of dry injection agents were used to carry out dry injection control treatment.The mortality rate,yellow leaf number and dead branch number,residual amount of dry injection agent,and comprehensive cost of different treatments in the past three years were counted and compared with forest land cleaning and blank control.Through the comprehensive analysis of various factors,it was proved that the dry injection control agent(mass fraction 3.0%)of avermectin salt pine wood nematode was the best.The decrease of pesticide residue is the smallest,and the comprehensive cost is high,which is suitable as the main control method in the next period.
