以质量和贡献为导向的高职院校教育科研管理体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Education and Scientific Research Management System by Quality and Contribution in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文从突出质量导向的教育科研管理制度、强调实效性和贡献力的多元化评价与激励机制,以及探索与教育教学深度融合的科研组织形式和运行机制三方面对高职院校教育科研管理体系的构建进行研究。调查并总结了高职院校教育科研的特点、存在的问题和发展需求,分析了“质量”和“贡献”的内涵及影响因素,提出了构建以质量和贡献为导向的高职院校教育科研管理体系的实施路径,以期能够积极促进高职院校教育科研水平的提高,推动教育科研成果的应用和转化,并为高职院校教育科研管理改革提供借鉴。

This project studies the construction of the education and scientific research management system in vocational colleges from three aspects:a quality oriented education and research management system,a diversified evaluation and incentive mechanism that emphasizes effectiveness and contribution,and an exploration of scientific research organizational forms and operational mechanisms that are deeply integrated with education and teaching.Investigated and summarized the characteristics,existing problems,and development needs of educational research in vocational colleges,analyzed the connotation and influencing factors of"quality"and"contribution",and proposed the implementation path of building a prominent quality and contribution oriented educational research management system in vocational colleges,with the aim of actively promoting the improvement of educational research level in vocational colleges and promoting the application and transformation of educational research achievements,And provide reference for the reform of educational research management in vocational colleges.
