校园安全多主体协同治理研究

Research on Multi-Agent Cooperative Governance of Campus Security

为更好地发挥校园安全治理过程中各主体的协调作用,本文通过梳理国内外校园安全治理现状,总结出校园安全治理现阶段存在的“碎片化”治理困境,基于协同治理理论,在吸取国外先进治理经验的基础上,打破传统的校园安全二元管理模式,整合政府、学校、社会、家庭和其他部门等多元力量,构建了校园安全多元主体协同治理体系。

In order to better play the coordination role of various subjects in the process of campus security governance,this paper summarizes the current situation of campus security governance at home and abroad,and summarizes the dilemma of"fragmented"governance at the present stage of campus security governance.Based on the theory of collaborative governance and on the basis of drawing advanced governance experience from abroad,it breaks the traditional dual management mode of campus security.By integrating diverse forces from the government,schools,society,families and other departments,a system of collaborative governance of campus security has been established.
