藏族成年人肾动脉影像解剖特征

Imaging anatomic features of renal artery in Tibetan adults

摘要 目的分析拉萨地区藏族成年人肾动脉MSCT影像解剖特点,为临床肾介入手术提供影像解剖学资料。方法回顾性连续收集2022年1月至2022年6月我院行全腹部增强MSCT检查患者的临床和影像资料。符合诊断要求的图像上传至图像后处理系统进行多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及容积再现(VR)处理,观测肾动脉的开口的相对位置,测量肾动脉直径,并进行统计分析。结果最终纳入821例藏族患者,年龄18~88(52.19±13.61)岁,其中男性467例,女性354例。422(51.40%)例左、右肾动脉开口持平,332(40.44%)例右肾开口位置高于左肾,67(8.16%)例左肾动脉开口位置高于右肾动脉。79.05%右肾动脉开口位于第1腰椎(L1)下1/3至L2上1/3椎体水平,82.46%左肾动脉开口位于L1下1/3至L2上1/3椎体水平。左肾动脉直径为(0.65±0.08)cm,右肾动脉直径为(0.63±0.08)cm,左肾动脉平均直径大于右肾动脉平均直径,差异有统计学意义(t=4.624,P=0.000);男性左、右肾动脉直径均大于女性,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男、女性肾动脉直径随着年龄增大而略增大。结论藏族人群肾动脉大多开口于L1和L2椎体水平,男性肾动脉直径略大于女性,随着年龄增大肾动脉直径逐渐略增大。 Objective To analyze the characteristics of MSCT imaging anatomy of renal artery in Tibetan adults in Lhasa,and provide imaging anatomical data for clinical renal intervention.Methods Clinical and imag⁃ing data of patients who underwent total abdominal enhancement MSCT in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were retrospectively collected.The images meeting the diagnostic requirements were uploaded to the image post⁃processing system for multi⁃plane reconstruction(MPR),maximum density projection(MIP)and volume reconstruc⁃tion(VR)processing,to observe the relative position of the renal artery origin,measure the renal artery diameter,and perform statistical analysis.Results A total of 821 Tibetan patients aged 18⁃88(52.19±13.61)years were in⁃cluded,including 467 males and 354 females.The origin of left and right renal arteries was the same in 422(51.40%)cases,the origin of right kidney was higher than that of left kidney in 332(40.44%)cases,and the ori⁃gin of left renal artery was higher than that of right kidney in 67(8.16%)cases.79.05%of the right renal artery orig⁃inated from the lower 1/3 of lumbar 1st vertebral body to the upper 1/3 of lumbar 2nd vertebral body.82.46%of the left renal artery originated from the lower 1/3 of lumbar 1st vertebral body to the upper 1/3 of lumbar 2nd vertebral body.The mean diameter of left renal artery was 0.65±0.08(0.41⁃0.89)cm,and the mean diameter of right renal ar⁃tery was 0.63±0.08(0.40⁃0.88)cm.The mean diameter of left renal artery was larger than that of right renal artery,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.624,P=0.000).The diameters of left and right renal arteries in males were larger than those in females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The renal artery di⁃ameter of male and female increased slightly with age.Conclusion The renal arteries in Tibetan population mostly originate at the level of lumbar 1st and 2nd vertebrae.The diameter of renal arteries in males is slightly larger than that in females,and the diameter of renal arteries gradually increases with age.
