石墨复层齿形金属组合垫片的低温泄漏率预测 被引量:1

摘要 研究低温下垫片压缩回弹性能对密封性能的影响,分析垫片压缩变形量与泄漏率之间的关系。对石墨齿垫进行低温(-30、-80、-130℃)下的压缩回弹性能试验分析和模拟仿真计算,模拟所得垫片压缩变形量与试验所相比较小,误差在5%以内。以试验和模拟数据为基础,建立基于垫片压缩变形量的泄漏率预测模型并对二者进行比较分析。结果表明,当垫片应力和介质压力相同时,随着温度的降低,法兰连接系统的泄漏率逐渐增大,在高介质压力下垫片的密封性能变差;相比于试验得到的泄漏率,模拟计算值较大,两者误差在20%以内。 The influence of gasket compression deformation on sealing performance at low temperature was studied,including the relationship between gasket compression deformation and basic leakage rate.Test analysis of the graphite tooth gasket’s compression and resilience performance at low temperature(-30℃,-80℃,-130℃respectively)and the simulation calculation of them show that,the compression deform-ation of the gasket obtained by simulation is smaller than that of the test and the error is less than 5%.Based on the test and simulation data,a leakage rate’s prediction calculation model based on the compression deformation of gaskets at low temperature was established and the test and simulation data were compared and analyzed to show that,as for the same gasket stress and medium pressure,with the decrease of temperature,the leakage rate of the flange connecting system increases gradually and the sealing performance of the gasket becomes worse under high medium pressure.Compared to the leakage rate experimented,the leakage rate simulated is larger and their error stays within 20%.
