化肥催化装置转子轮盘疲劳寿命预测算法的设计与仿真

摘要 转子轮盘运行中,受轮盘外载荷强度的影响,导致寿命缩短,同时化肥催化装置催化物质和运行中的循环变幅应力也会对化肥催化装置使用寿命产生影响。为了避免装置意外失效,以化肥催化装置结构为基础,获取与转子轮盘疲劳相关的循环变幅应力、轮盘外载荷强度两项参数。通过将两项参数输入疲劳寿命预测模型,实现化肥催化装置转子轮盘疲劳寿命预测算法设计与仿真研究。实验结果表明,所提方法可准确预测转子轮盘疲劳寿命,且准确度较高,避免装置意外失效。 The intensity of external load upon the rotor disc in operation may shorten the rotor disc’s service life.In addition,both catalytic substance and cyclic variable-amplitude stress also influence the service life of the chemical fertilizer catalytic device.For purpose of avoiding accidental failure of the device,having the structure of the chemical fertilizer catalytic device based to obtain both cyclic variable amplitude stress and external load intensity which relating to the rotor disc fatigue and then having them input into fatigue life prediction model to realize fatigue life prediction’s algorithm design and simulation research of the rotor disc in the fertilizer catalytic plant.The experimental results show that,the proposed method can accurately predict fatigue life of the rotor disc and avoid accidental failure of the device.
