High-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,and it is also one of the essential requirements of Chinese-style modernization.As an objective requirement,core driving force and strong support for high-quality development,the innovation ecological chain is currently faced with the practical dilemma of unbalanced regional development,lack of system characteristics and policy system not yet forming synergy.To built in a wider range of Chinese modern high quality development advantage,we should be around the leadership of the Party to carry out system innovation,scientific and technological innovation,the construction of new industrial system,speed up the main task“production with depth fusion”to provide fundamental guarantee,necessary conditions,endogenous power,core carrier and effective approach for he high quality development of innovation chain.
