系统观念视域下新时代高校辅导员身份认同的思想意蕴及实现路径

摘要 高校辅导员在大学生人才培养过程中发挥了不可替代的作用,解决辅导员身份认同问题是促进其作用发挥、提高工作实效的根本前提。辅导员身份认同是一项复杂的系统工程,其具有顶层设计的整体性、结构创新的差异性、布局优化的协调性、迭代升级的动态性的理论特质。创新运用系统观念这一方法论和思维范式,构建和提升辅导员身份认同需明确身份认同的目标引领,加强组织领导,注重统筹谋划;促进身份认同的过程贯通,强化队伍结构,重视个体差异;增强身份认同的要素耦合,促进组织个人目标一致,充分协调一切有利因素;强化身份认同的成效聚合,优化内部制度建设,构建外部支持系统。对阐述系统观念视域下的身份认同理论、丰富和发展辅导员队伍建设理论与实践、确保高校立德树人根本任务得以顺利实现具有重要意义。 College counselors have played an irreplaceable role in the process of talent cultivation for college students,and sol-ving the issue of counselor identity is the fundamental prerequisite for promoting their role and improving work effectiveness.The identity recognition of counselors is a complex system engineering,which has the theoretical characteristics of overall top-level design,differences in structural innovation,coordination in layout optimization,and dynamic iteration and upgrading.Innova-tively applying the methodology and thinking paradigm of system concepts to construct and enhance counselor identity requires clear goals and guidance for identity identification,strengthening organizational leadership,and emphasizing overall planning;Promote the process of identity recognition,strengthen the team structure,and pay attention to individual differences;Enhance the coupling of elements of identity recognition,promote consistency in organizational personal goals,and fully coordinate all fa-vorable factors;Strengthen the effective aggregation of identity recognition,optimize internal institutional construction,and build an external support system.It is of great significance to elaborate on the identity theory from the perspective of systematic con-cepts,enrich and develop the theory and practice of counselor team construction,and ensure the smooth implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent in universities.
