农村学校教师职业效能中存在的问题及解决策略——基于社会惰性理论视角

摘要 农村教师决定着农村教育发展的规模和质量,是农村学生所能获得最重要的教育资源,但农村教师的教学理念、教学设施、教学手段较为落后。提高教师职业效能感的过程中离不开自我效能感的提升,提高农村教师的自我效能感,也是提高教师职业效能感的必要条件。社会惰性理论认为团队成员在从事趋向共同目标活动中出现的努力程度和平均贡献随着群体成员增加而减少。本文运用社会惰性理论视角分析农村教师职业效能存在的问题并提出锤炼、鼓励、强化、提高的解决策略,以期更好地发挥农村教师职业效能感的作用。 Rural teachers determine the scale and quality of rural education development and are the most important educational resources available to rural students,but the teaching concepts,teaching facilities and teaching methods of rural teachers are rel-atively backward.The process of improving teachers'sense of professional efficacy cannot be separated from the improvement of self-efficacy,and the improvement of rural teachers'sense of self-efficacy is also a necessary condition for improving teachers'sense of professional efficacy.Social inertia theory suggests that the level of effort and average contribution of team members in activities toward a common goal decreases with the increase of group membership.This paper uses the perspective of social iner-tia theory to analyze the problems of rural teachers'professional efficacy and proposes the solution strategies of hammering,en-couraging,reinforcing and improving,in order to better play the role of rural teachers'professional efficacy.
