随着数字化大潮的到来,传统实木家具生产工艺已无法快速响应市场的需求,实木家具生产企业数字化转型迫在眉睫,以此实木家具数字化制造技术的应用和普及显得十分重要。文章通过4M1E分析法对实木家具五轴数控加工质量的影响因素进行分析并提出改善建议,提高加工精度和生产效率。

With the arrival of digital,solidwood furniture traditional production process has been unable to quickly respond to market demand,solidwood furniture enterprises digital transformation is imminent,the applications and popularization of digital man-ufacturing technology of solidwood furniture is very important.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of five-axics CNC machining of solidwood furniture through 4M1E analysis and puts forward improvement suggestions,so as to improve theprocessing accuracy and production efficiency.
