银耳烘干前扎孔工艺参数优化研究

为了缩短银耳采摘后烘干时间,需要在银耳耳基部扎孔再进行烘干。文章对银耳耳基扎孔工艺进行研究,对扎孔顺序、孔径大小、孔距等参数进行优化。试验表明,选择优化后的参数对耳基进行扎孔处理,银耳烘干时间缩短10%以上。

In order to shorten the drying time after picking tremella,it is necessary to pierce in the base of tremella base before drying.The paper studied the piercing process of tremella base,optimized the piercing sequence,hole size,hole distance and other parameters.The experiment showed that the drying time of tremella was shortened by more than 10%after selecting the optimized pa-rameters.
