电网调度“一键式”顺控操作的建设与应用

摘要 电网规模越来越庞大,电网倒闸运行和检修工作愈加复杂繁重。变电站顺控操作模式将传统人工倒闸操作模式转化为操作步骤一键启动和设备自动识别的模式,但变电设备远端操作长期等待情况仍然严重。调度“一键式”顺控操作将操作业务后移,精准定位各专业角色,优化顺控技术框架,科学设计交互接口及功能,建立“全链条,全在线”防误管理体系,文章进一步改进调度和变电站顺控闭锁库、典型操作票及其操作流程,完成了调度“一键式”顺控操作的各项条件建设,通过实操检验,证明其可行、可靠、高效,为电网调度全面推广该技术提供参考。 The scale of power grid is becoming larger and larger,and the work of power grid switching operation and maintenance is becoming more complicated and heavy.The CIS-control operation mode of substation transforms the traditional manual switching operation mode into one-click start of operation step and automatic recognition of equipment,but the long-term waiting situation of remote operation of transformer equipment is still serious.Scheduling“one-touch”cis control operation will move the operation busi-ness back,accurately locate each professional role,optimize the technical framework of cis control,scientifically design the interac-tive interface and functions,and establish a“full chain,full online”anti-error management system.The paper further improves the scheduling and substation cis control lock-out library,typical operation tickets and their operation processes.The construction of the conditions of“one-touch”cis control operation of dispatching is completed,and the practical operation test proves that it is feasible,reliable and efficient,which provides a reference for the comprehensive promotion of this technology in power grid dispatching.
