摘要
针对传统单稳态继电器自动检测系统存在检出量偏低与故障排除周期长等局限性,开发了一种单稳态继电器高速检测系统。介绍了系统各组成单元及相应功能,并阐述了相较原有系统的改进点,经测试效率与故障停机时间比较,该系统实现了取料、测试与分级、喷码、收料等全过程无缝衔接,及嵌入的效能监测模块实时监视定点清除,大幅提升检测效率与可维护性,保障了大生产流程运作高效性。
The traditional monostable relay automatic detection system has disadvantages of low detectable amount and long troubleshooting period,so the paper develops a monostable relay high-speed detection system.In the paper,the components and corresponding functions of this system are first introduced,and then improvements to the original system are described.Through comparing their efficiency of measurement and fault downtime,this new system can realize the whole process seamless connection of fetching,testing and grading,spray printing and receiving,and the embedded performance monitoring module can monitor the fixed point removal in real time.Therefore,it greatly improves the efficiency of measurement and maintainability and ensures the high efficiency of mass production operation.
