毫针刺治疗血管性痴呆的选穴规律研究

Study on the Rule of Acupoint Selection in the Treatment of Vascular Dementia with Acupuncture

目的:通过采用数据挖掘,对截至2022年5月10日有关毫针刺治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的文献进行分析,统计毫针刺在临床治疗血管性痴呆的穴位出现频次,对毫针刺治疗血管性痴呆的临床随机对照试验进行腧穴统计分析,为临床治疗血管性痴呆选穴与腧穴配伍提供理论依据。方法:计算机检索Pubmed、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)以及维普数据库(VIP)4个数据库,纳入建库至2022年5月10日毫针刺治疗血管性痴呆的全部随机对照试验文献,对穴位归经、使用频次、穴位分布、穴位归类等进行统计分析。结果:经过检索得到601篇论文,最终筛选出毫针刺治疗血管性痴呆的文献8篇。结论:通过分析发现,现代临床研究关于毫针刺治疗血管性痴呆的选穴主要为足三里、丰隆、风池、百会、太冲、太溪,所属经脉主要为督脉和足阳明胃经,所选部位主要是四肢部和头项部,特定穴主要选用五输穴和原穴。

Objective:To analyze the literature on the treatment of vascular dementia(VD)with acupuncture as of May 10th,2022 by using data mining,and calculate the frequency of occurrence of acupuncture points in the clinical treatment of vascular dementia.To conduct statistical analysis of acupoints in the clinical randomized controlled trial of acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia,providing theoretical basis for the selection and compatibility of acupoints in the clinical treatment of vascular dementia.Methods:4 databases,including Pubmed,CNKI,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)and VIP database,were searched by computer,and all literatures of randomized controlled trials on the treatment of vascular dementia by acupuncture were included until May 10th,2022.Statistical analysis was conducted on the meridian tropism,frequency of use,distribution of of acupoints,and classification of acupoints.Results:After searching,601 papers were obtained,and 8 papers on the treatment of vascular dementia with acupuncture were finally selected.Conclusion:Through analysis,it is found that modern clinical researches on acupuncture to treat vascular dementia is mainly Zusanli,Fenglong,Fengchi,Baihui,Taichong,Taixi.The selected meridians are mainly Du channel and stomach meridian of Zuyangming,the selected parts are mainly limbs and head and neck areas,and the specific acupoints are mainly selected from Wusu points and the original points.
