高校“人工智能+”双创型人才培养“引园企入教”研究

Research on"Artificial Intelligence+"Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Cultivation"Introducing Park Enterprises to Teaching"in Colleges and Universities

“人工智能+”双创型人才是当前社会急需的人才,针对高校现存人才培养体系不够科学、教师资源不充足、理论教学与实际未完全接轨、缺乏实践平台等问题,构建高校“人工智能+”双创型人才培养“引园企入教”新机制。以培育人工智能思维的双创型人才为目标,从院校科研合作与企业联合、高校评估与企业测评相结合和校内外企业基地相结合建设培养体系等方面引园企入教,提升高校办学理念、水平和质量,改善理论脱节于实际的现状,促进学生成为富含创新精神与创业能力的应用型人才。

"Artificial intelligence+"innovation and entrepreneurship talent is urgently needed by the society at present.In view of the existing problems such as the existing talent cultivation system is not scientific enough,inadequate teacher resources,theoretical teaching is not fully aligned with practice,and lack of practice platform,a new mechanism of"artificial intelligence+"innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation"introducing park enterprises to teaching"is constructed.With the goal of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents with artificial intelligence thinking,we aim to introduce park enterprises into teaching through the combination of university research cooperation and enterprise collaboration,university evaluation and enterprise evaluation,and the construction of a training system that combines internal and external enterprise bases.This will enhance the concept,level and quality of university education,improve the current situation where theory is disconnected from reality,and promote students to become applied talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.
