尉中民教授基于脾阴学说治疗积聚的临床经验

Professor YU Zhongmin's clinical experience in treating Jiju(abdominal masses)based on the spleen yin theory

积聚为邪气与有形之物相结聚,而致气血凝滞不通,临床多发疾病如甲状腺结节、肝囊肿、胆囊息肉等均属积聚范畴。国家级名中医尉中民认为,积聚的发病责之于脾阴亏虚,脏腑经络失去濡润,气血滞塞。在临床治疗中,强调补益脾阴,选用甘淡育阴法、甘温补血法、甘寒滋阴法和酸甘化阴法治疗。基于脾阴学说,探讨尉中民教授治疗积聚的诊疗思路与用药经验。

Jiju(abdominal masses)results from the accumulation of pathogenic qi and tangible pathogens leading to stagnation of qi and blood,and some common diseases,such as thyroid nodules,hepatic cysts,gallbladder polyps,can be grouped under the heading of it.National famous physician YU Zhongmin believes that the pathogenesis of Jiju(abdominal masses)lies in the spleen yin deficiency causing the loss of nourishment in the zang-fu organs and meridians,thus resulting in the stagnation of qi and blood.In the clinical treatment,emphasis is placed on tonifying spleen yin,and treatment methods such as cultivating yin with medicines sweet and bland in flavour,tonifying blood with medicines sweet in flavour and warm in property,nourishing yin with medicines sweet in flavour and cold in property,and generating yin with medicines sour and sweet in flavour are chosen.Based on the spleen yin theory,this paper discusses Professor YU Zhangmin's thoughts of diagnosing and treating Jiju(abdominal masses)and the experience of medication.
