基于现代生物力学对高张力性经筋病的理论探讨

A Theoretical Discussion on Hypertonic Meridians Tendon Disease Based on Modern Biomechanics

经筋是对人体肌肉、肌腱、韧带和神经等软组织的高度概括。文章基于经筋的实质结构和功能特点,从软组织生物力学角度探讨了经筋病发病机制,认为各软组织之间的非生理性活动影响了经筋正常的生物力学结构,从而引发了一系列高张力性经筋病变;根据经筋病病变规律,以“循经查灶,以痛为腧,松筋解结”和“动静结合,交互抑制,整体论治”为原则深度剖析了经筋病的治疗思路,为临床治疗提供参考。

Muscle meridian overly generalize the soft tissues of the human body such as muscles,tendons,ligaments and nerves.Based on the substantive structure and functional characteristics of muscle meridian,this article discusses the pathogenesis of meridian tendon diseases from the perspective of biomechanics.It is believed that the non-physiological activities between various soft tissues affect the normal biomechanical structure of muscle meridian,thus causing a series of hypertonic pathological changes of the muscle meridian.According to the pathological changes regularity of meridian tendon disease,the treatment options is deeply analyzed based on the principles of“following the meridians to investigate the foci,using pain as the acupoint,loosening the sinew and untying the knots”and“combining motion and static,interacting and inhibiting,and treating as a whole”,in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
