乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿是乳腺癌手术和放疗后一种最常见的并发症,病程迁延不愈,以一种慢性进行性的形式发展。BCRL导致患侧上肢发生不同程度的疼痛、肿胀、乏力、反复感染、活动障碍、臂围增粗等不适,使患者身心都遭受到沉重打击。因此治疗也需要兼顾多个不同方面。可以病因病理、临床治疗为切入点,从西医、中医、壮医3个不同角度系统总结最新相关研究进展,利用中医学及壮医学的民族特色优势,概括中国人民千百年来与疾病做斗争得来的宝贵方法,可更好地探寻乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的发病机制,总结临床治疗经验,以最大程度地缓解患者病痛,提升治疗后生活质量。

Breast cancer-related Lymphedema(BCRL)is one of the most common complications of Breast Cancer after surgery and radiotherapy.The course of BCRL is chronic and progressive.BCRL can cause pain,swelling,fatigue,repeated infection,mobility disorder,arm circumference thickening and other discomfort in the upper limb of the affected side,which makes the patient suffer a heavy blow both physically and mentally.So there are many different aspects of treatment that need to be addressed.It can take etiology,pathology and clinical treatment as the starting point,systematically summarize the latest related research progress from three different perspectives of western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and Zhuang medicine and make use of the national characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and Zhuang medicine to summarize the valuable methods that Chinese people have been fighting against diseases for thousands of years,so as to better explore the pathogenesis of lymphedema related to breast cancer and summarize clinical treatment experience.To relieve the pain of patients to the greatest extent and improve the quality of life after treatment.
