雷达图多元评价推拿治疗颈椎病的系统评价与meta分析

Systematic review and meta-analysis of multiplex evaluation of massage therapy for cervical spondylosis with radar

目的使用雷达图对推拿治疗颈椎病的系统评价与meta分析进行质量评价,以期为临床工作提供参考。方法计算机检中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science中关于推拿治疗颈椎病的系统评价与meta分析,检索时限为从建库至2022年5月31日。两名研究人员分别独立筛选文献并提取数据,利用Excel绘制雷达图从文献发表年份、研究类型、同质性、发表偏倚、AMSTAR方法学质量、PRISMA报告规范性6个维度进行赋值评价。结果研究纳入8篇文献,其秩数平均分在3.33~7.5分,文献综合评价质量较高的为1篇,质量较低的为2篇;1篇文献各维度得分较均匀,7篇文献各维度得分不均匀。影响文献方法学质量及报告规范性的原因主要有:系统评价注册、排除文献清单及理由、纳入研究的资金支持、调查及解释异质性来源、纳入研究偏倚风险的影响、发表偏倚及利益冲突声明等。结论推拿治疗颈椎病的系统评价与meta分析总体质量较低,需从方法学质量及报告规范性方面入手提高其质量。

Objective To evaluate the quality of systematic reviews/meta-analysis of massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis by using radar chart,in order to provide reference for clinical work.Methods CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,CBM,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,and Web of Science were electronically searched in order to collect systematic reviews/meta-analysis on massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis from inception to May 31,2022.The two researchers independently screened the literatures and extracted data,and used Excel to draw radar plots to evaluate the quality of the literatures.The six aspects of radar plot were the year of publication,research design type,homogeneity,publication bias,AMSTAR methodological quality,PRISMA report standardization.Results Eight articles were included in the study,and their average rank scores ranged from 3.33 to 7.5.One article was of high quality and two articles were of low quality.The scores of each dimension of 1 document were relatively uniform,and the scores of each dimension of 7 documents were uneven.The main reasons that affect the quality of literature methodology and the standardization of reports were registration of systematic evaluation,exclusion of literature list and reasons,financial support of the included study,investigation and interpretation of sources of heterogeneity,the impact of the bias risk of included study,publication of bias and conflict of interest statements,etc.Conclusion The overall quality of systematic reviews/meta-analysis of massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is low,and its quality should be improved from the methodological quality and report standardization.
