多功能护理充气垫在制动或不能活动患者中的应用效果

Application effect of multifunctional nursing inflatable pads in patients with braking or immobility

目的探讨多功能护理充气垫在制动或不能活动患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年2月广东省人民医院赣州医院神经外科收治的60例因创伤、手术或各种病理情况而需制动或不能活动患者作为研究对象,按照计算机随机数法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组采用常规药物预防护理,观察组应用研发的多功能护理充气垫预防护理。比较两组的腿部功能情况、静脉血栓和足下垂发生率、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)评分、满意度得分、住院时间、住院费用、早期活动时间。结果两组患者的静脉血栓、足下垂发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的GQOL-74评分、满意度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的早期活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用多功能护理气垫应用在因创伤、手术或各种病理情况而需制动或部分制动的患者护理中,可降低静脉血栓、足下垂发生率,促进患者康复,提高长期生存质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of multifunctional nursing inflatable pads in patients with braking or immobility.Methods A total of 60 patients with immobilization or immobility due to trauma,surgery or various pathological conditions admitted to the neurosurgery department of Ganzhou Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from September 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to computer random number method,they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The conventional group was treated with conventional drug preventive care.Observation group applied the developed multifunctional nursing inflatable cushion to prevent nursing.Leg function,incidence of venous thrombosis and foot drop,generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOL-74)score,satisfaction score,length of hospital stay,hospitalization cost and early activity time were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of venous thrombosis and foot drop between the two groups(P>0.05).The GQOL-74 score and satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The early activity time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the conventional group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multifunctional nursing air cushion in the nursing of patients who need braking or partial braking due to trauma,surgery or various pathological conditions can reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis and foot drop,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and improve the long-term quality of life.
