人文关怀在双相情感障碍患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of humanistic care in nursing of patients with bipolar affective disorder

目的探讨人文关怀对双相情感障碍患者护理中的应用及对患者服药依从性、治疗依从性、社会功能和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2022年2月赣州市人民医院睡眠医学科收治的80例双相情感障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组采用常规对症护理方法,观察组采用人文关怀护理方法。比较两组患者的护理前后服药依从性、治疗依从性、社会功能评分和护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的用药依从性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理8周后的用药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的治疗依从性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理8周后的治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的个体和社会功能量表(PSP)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理8周后的PSP评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理8周后的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀对双相情感障碍患者服药依从性、治疗依从性及社会功能的提高发挥积极效果,同时大幅度提高患者的护理满意度,整体应用效果十分理想,可以在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in the nursing of patients with bipolar disorder and the influence of humanistic care on medication compliance,treatment compliance,social function and nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 80 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to the Department of Sleep Medicine of Ganzhou People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group receieved conventional symptomatic nursing method,and the observation group receieved humanistic care method.The medication compliance,treatment compliance,social function score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in medication compliance between the two groups(P>0.05).The medication compliance of the observation group after 8 weeks of nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in treatment compliance between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group after 8 weeks of nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the score of personal and social performance scale(PSP)between the two groups(P>0.05).The PSP score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 8 weeks of nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 8 weeks of nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care plays a positive effect on the improvement of medication compliance,treatment compliance and social function of patients with bipolar disorder,and greatly improves the nursing satisfaction of patients.The overall application effect is very ideal,and it can be widely used in clinical practice.
