心通口服液联合酒石酸美托洛尔缓释片对老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者心功能及血清趋化素水平的影响

Effects of Xintong Oral Liquid combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Sustained-release Tablets on cardiac function and serum chemokines levels in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure

目的探讨心通口服液联合酒石酸美托洛尔缓释片对老年冠心病(CHD)合并心力衰竭(HF)患者心功能及血清趋化素水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月江西省景德镇市第一人民医院心内科收治的116例老年CHD合并HF患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。两组患者入院均行常规对症处理,对照组采用酒石酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察组在其基础上加用心通口服液,比较两组患者治疗效果、心功能及实验室指标变化。结果治疗前,两组患者心功能和血清相关因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)水平高于对照组,总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、趋化素、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)和左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合心通口服液和酒石酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗老年CHD并HF患者可以改善患者心功能,降低血脂,疗效好且安全性高,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Xintong Oral Liquid combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Sustained-release Tablets on cardiac function and serum chemokines levels in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and heart failure(HF).Methods A total of 116 elderly patients with CHD combined with HF admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the First People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The patients in two groups were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with Metoprolol Tartrate Sustained-release Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xintong Oral Liquid on the basis of Metoprolol Tartrate.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function and laboratory indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in cardiac function and serum related factors between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in observation group was higher than that in control group,while the level of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),chemokines,left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xintong Oral Liquid and Metoprolol Tartrate Sustained-release Tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with CHD and HF can improve the heart function and reduce blood lipids,with good efficacy and high safety,and is worthy of application.
