白细胞介素-17、白细胞介素-23在肺癌患者中的表达变化及其与血管内皮生长因子表达的相关性

Expression changes of interleukin-17 and interleukin-23 in patients with lung cancer and their correlation with the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor

目的探讨白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-23在肺癌患者中的表达变化及其与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的相关性。方法回顾性选取2020年12月至2021年12月赣南医学院第一附属医院收治的80例肺癌患者作为观察组,并选取同期收治的50例肺部感染患者作为对照组。比较两组血清及组织中的IL-17、IL-23、VEGF水平,比较观察组不同临床特征患者血清及组织中的IL-17、IL-23、VEGF水平,并分析观察组患者血清及组织中VEGF与IL-17、IL-23的相关性。结果观察组的血清与组织中的IL-17、IL-23、VEGF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不同肿瘤TNM分期患者的血清及组织中的IL-17、VEGF水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余不同临床特征的血清及组织中的IL-17、IL-23、VEGF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);且随着肿瘤TNM分期增高,血清、组织中的IL-17、VEGF水平呈升高趋势。经Pearson相关系数分析,血清与组织中的VEGF与IL-17呈正相关(r=0.784、0.793,P<0.05);血清与组织中的VEGF与IL-23无相关性(P>0.05)。结论肺癌患者血清与组织中的IL-17、IL-23、VEGF水平明显升高,且VEGF与IL-17呈正相关,随着患者病情进展,其血清与组织中的VEGF与IL-17水平也会随之进一步升高,但IL-23并未发现与VEGF有明显相关性,且各项临床特征中其也并未出现明显变化。

Objective To investigate the expression changes of interleukin(IL)-17 and IL-23 in patients with lung cancer and their correlation with the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods A total of 80 patients with lung cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected retrospectively as the observation group,and 50 patients with lung infection admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College during the same period as the control group.The levels of IL-17,IL-23 and VEGF in serum and tissue of the two groups were compared,the levels of IL-17,IL-23 and VEGF in serum and tissue of patients with different clinical characteristics in the observation group were compared,and the correlation between VEGF and IL-17 and IL-23 in serum and tissue of patients in the observation group was analyzed.Results The levels of IL-17,IL-23 and VEGF in serum and tissue of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(r=0.784,0.793,P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the levels of IL-17 and VEGF in serum and tissues of patients with different tumor TNM stages in the observation group(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of IL-17,IL-23 and VEGF in serum and tissues of other patients with different clinical characteristics(P>0.05).The levels of IL-17 and VEGF in serum and tissues increased with the increase of TNM stage.According to Pearson correlation coefficient analysis,VEGF and IL-17 in serum and tissue were positively correlated(P<0.05).There was no correlation between VEGF and IL-23 in serum and tissue(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of IL-17,IL-23 and VEGF in the serum and tissues of patients with lung cancer were significantly increased,and VEGF and IL-17 were positively correlated.With the progression of patients'disease,the levels of VEGF and IL-17 in the serum and tissues would also be further increased,but IL-23 was not found to be significantly correlated with VEGF.There was no significant change in the clinical features.
