Construction of a core competency evaluation index system for neonatal intensive care unit specialized nurses

目的构建新生儿重症监护室专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法通过文献检索、半结构式访谈和预调查,初步构建第一轮专家咨询问卷,再采用德尔菲法选取来自湖北省、四川省、陕西省、宁夏回族自治区、甘肃省的21名三级甲等医院的专家进行两轮咨询,构建新生儿重症监护室专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。结果两轮咨询问卷的有效回收率分别为100.00%和95.24%,专家权威系数为0.875、0.889,专家协调系数为0.174~0.207。最终确立新生儿重症监护室专科护士核心能力评价指标体系包括一级指标6项、二级指标15项、三级指标80项。结论构建的新生儿重症监护室专科护士核心能力评价指标体系科学、可靠,能为新生儿重症监护室专科护士的选拔、培训和考核提供参考。

Objective To construct a core competency evaluation index system for neonatal intensive care unit specialized nurses.Methods Through literature retrieval,semi-structured interviews and pre-survey,the first round of expert consultation questionnaire was initially constructed,and then Delphi method was used to select 21 experts from ClassⅢGrade A hospitals in Hubei Province,Sichuan Province,Shaanxi Province,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Gansu Province for two rounds of consultation to construct the core competence evaluation index system for specialist nurses in neonatal intensive care unit.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of consultation questionnaires were 100.00%and 95.24%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.875 and 0.889,and the expert coordination coefficients were 0.174-0.207.Finally,the core competence evaluation index system of neonatal intensive care unit specialist nurses was established,including 6 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 80 third-level indicators.Conclusion The established core competence evaluation index system for neonatal intensive care unit specialist nurses is scientific and reliable,which can provide a reference for the selection,training and assessment of neonatal intensive care unit specialist nurses.
