干姜中3种姜酚类成分提取工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立干姜中姜酚的提取工艺。方法:采用超声辅助提取法考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比3个因素对6-姜酚、8-姜酚、10-姜酚总提取率的影响,并利用响应面法优选姜酚最佳提取工艺。结果:优化后最佳提取条件设定为乙醇浓度为61%,提取时间为41 min,料液比为1∶34(g/mL)。结论:本方法简便,具备可行性,可用于干姜中姜酚提取物的提取、分离及纯化。 Objective:To establish the extraction process of gingerols in Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma).Methods:The effects of ethanol concentration,extraction time,material-liquid ratio and other factors on the extraction rates of 6-gingerol,8-gingerol and 10-gingerol were investigated by ultrasound-assisted extraction,and the optimal extraction process of gingerol was selected by response surface method.Results:The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration was 61%,extraction time was 41 min,and solid-liquid ratio was 1∶34(g/mL).Conclusion:The method is simple and feasible,and can be used for the extraction,separation and purification of gingerol extract from Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma).
